Violectric
HPA V324
High-end analog headphone amplifier
Uncompromisingly pure signals
The Violectric HPA V324 is an extremely powerful, symmetrical headphone amplifier with preamplifier function that combines the superior technologies, outstanding strengths and award-winning features of the test winners Lake People, Violectric and Niimbus. With four power amplifiers for true symmetrical reproduction (TRUE-BALANCED), two analog inputs (XLR and RCA), a front panel PRE GAIN control, remote volume control with a motorized potentiometer, preamplifier function, balanced and unbalanced line outputs, and VU meters that can be calibrated for level display, the HPA V324 offers unique features.
The unique technology by Violectric
Lowest noise
Through a very small internal gain. This makes the self-noise of the amplifiers inaudible.
High output power
Through powerful amplifiers that can deliver far more power than even the most demanding headphones need. Therefore, ideally suited for headphones with low impedances and also magnetostats.
High output voltage
Through 50 volts internal operating voltage. Therefore, ideally suited for high-impedance headphones.
High damping factor
Through lowest output impedance. Therefore, ideally suited to control even the most difficult headphones without Beeeinflussung with a guarantee of uncompromising frequency response.
Top performance and versatility
The HPA V324 can be used as a headphone amplifier as well as a high quality pre-amplifier. With the option of connecting headphones, power amplifiers or active speakers via individually switchable outputs, the HPA V324 is the perfect solution for professional and audiophile applications.

Perfect protection for your headphones
Various circuits protect the headphones from unclear operating conditions, DC voltage, excessive operating temperature and overload:
- The headphones are connected to the amplifier with a delay via relays and associated electronics, and disconnected immediately after switching off.
- The outputs are monitored for harmful DC voltages. As soon as a pre-defined value is exceeded, the outputs are disconnected.
- Power consumption is continuously measured during operation. If predefined parameters are exceeded, the headphones are disconnected.
Balanced headphone outputs
Balanced operation of headphones with 4-pin XLR or Pentaconn connectors provides significantly improved channel separation for more precise and clearer sound reproduction. To fully exploit the possibilities of balanced playback, the Violectric HPA V324 relies on a high level of technical sophistication - with four separate power amplifiers to ensure precise and distortion-free amplification of each channel. This guarantees excellent sound quality for the most demanding audiophiles.

Pre-Gain
PRE-GAIN adjustment allows for optimal matching between different sources and headphones. It ensures precise volume adjustment and compensates for fluctuations in the input signals. The result is excellent sound reproduction with minimal noise, virtually no distortion, and perfect channel balance.
The fine adjustment of the gain range from -18 to +12 dB for optimal adaptation to your audio equipment is located on the front panel of the Violectric HPA V324 and can be individually adjusted in 6 steps.
