DPA N-Series: Firmware Update V1.9 and New App Version for Maximum Performance and Reliability
The V1.9 firmware update (Build 1398) for the DPA N-Series greatly enhances the operational reliability and user guidance of the N-DR1 receivers and their associated transmitters. Notable functional improvements include the integration of duplex gap frequencies for the North American market and optimized behavior of the TX function button. The TX function key can now be used specifically for AF or RF muting.
In terms of system stability, a critical error in the Dante settings has been resolved, and the fan control now responds more precisely to the device temperature. The user interface offers greater clarity by displaying the build number in the Info menu, providing a customized warning message for antenna short circuits, and offering a new exit function in Quick Setup. The new logic for displaying channel names is particularly useful for reliability: if a signal loss occurs on the first channel, the second channel's information is automatically displayed.
The DPA Audio Controller app has been updated to version 1.3.2. In addition to minor improvements and support for rechargeable DPA batteries with a display of the remaining runtime, the DPA N-DR1 wireless series with firmware version 1.9 or higher is now supported as well.
