DPA introduces the N-Series digital wireless system

The all-digital wireless system ensures that the clear, unadulterated sound of the microphones is transmitted effortlessly through the audio chain. The system offers true diversity, true digital and true wideband capabilities and operates in the 470 to 870 MHz frequency range. 400 MHz per unit provides flexibility and ease of use.

True radio diversity

The system uses a true diversity array, also known as radio diversity, where the two antennas are internally connected to two radio circuits. Each antenna input has its own radio circuit. This differs from systems with antenna diversity, where there is only one built-in radio to switch between the two antennas.

True broadband

DPA offers a solution that operates in the 470MHz to 870MHz frequency range - a range of 400MHz that is rather unusual for wireless systems. This makes the N Series extremely flexible and allows audio channels to be found quickly, even in areas with a high density of wireless systems. This protects against frequency changes that are sometimes made by government agencies.

Fully digital

The N-Series has been designed from the ground up to be digital, not analogue modified digital. This means that the signal is treated with the highest possible integrity throughout the wireless transmission.

Highest effective dynamic range

Unlike other manufacturers who use incomplete measurement methods, DPA's true dynamic range is determined in a single measurement, without level changes or limiters. The N-Series offers an industry-leading true dynamic range of 126 dB.
With this enormous dynamic range, there is no need to adjust the gain on the transmitter. Because the system is digital, an optimal RF signal is achieved without the need to ensure maximum modulation. The original signal is maintained throughout the system.

Simple workflow

Getting started with the N-Series is quick and easy, as channels can be configured directly on the receiver. Commonly used parameters are easily accessible.
In addition, the integrated DPA Audio Controller software solution allows quick access to all settings via PC or Mac.
